Overview

Senior Platform Architect role for a federal client, delivering deep technical expertise on the Oracle Health HDI (formerly HealtheIntent) platform. Focus on integration points between solutions, data onboarding processes, and identity management. Drive platform architecture, optimization, and implementation in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design Oracle Health HDI platform solutions for federal healthcare initiatives.
• Lead integration efforts across HDI modules and third-party systems.
• Oversee data onboarding strategies, ensuring compliance and data quality.
• Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) for secure platform operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct platform performance tuning and scalability assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and requirements.
• Ensure adherence to federal security standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Health platforms, including HDI/HealtheIntent.
• Expertise in platform architecture, integrations, and data management.
• Strong knowledge of identity management and security best practices.
• Experience in federal government or healthcare IT environments.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (OCI, AWS) and microservices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications preferred (e.g., Oracle Cloud Architect).
