As a Senior Principal Adoption Manager at Oracle Health, you will lead engagement delivery efforts to establish a healthy portfolio for our Adoption Consulting space. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of adoption consulting engagements for Oracle Health clients.

• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for EMR optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare IT consulting, with focus on EMR adoption.
• Proven track record leading complex client engagements to success.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Health or similar EMR systems.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities for metrics-driven decision making.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
