As the Senior Principal Applied Scientist, you will drive cutting-edge video synthesis, style transfer, and editing technologies. Lead a world-class team to explore new frontiers in multimodal AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development of state-of-the-art video generation models.
• Drive innovation in video synthesis, style transfer, and editing techniques.
• Mentor and manage a team of applied scientists and engineers.
• Design and implement novel multimodal AI architectures.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate models into OCI services.
• Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years experience.
• Proven track record leading GenAI research teams.
• Deep expertise in diffusion models, GANs, and video generation.
• Strong publication record in top AI/ML venues (NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML).
• Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and large-scale ML systems.
• Experience with multimodal data (image/video/text) processing.
