We seek a Senior Principal Applied Scientist (IC5) to drive growth for top global customers by developing and deploying AI agents on our AIDP platform. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced AI agents for healthcare data intelligence on the AIDP platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI solutions for global customers.
• Conduct research and experimentation to advance state-of-the-art AI models in healthcare.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, and integration with Oracle's cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor junior scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Analyze complex healthcare datasets to derive actionable insights and drive business impact.
• Present technical results to stakeholders and contribute to strategic AI roadmap planning.
• Stay abreast of AI advancements and integrate emerging technologies into HDI products.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 10+ years of applied AI experience.
• Proven track record leading AI projects in healthcare or enterprise data environments.
• Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
