Overview

We are seeking a Senior Principal Consultant as a UIM Consulting SME in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role enables you to excel as an OSS (Inventory) consultant while working on multiple Oracle Communications OSS Stack products. Responsibilities

• Lead UIM consulting engagements as a subject matter expert for Oracle Communications OSS.
• Design and implement inventory management solutions using Oracle UIM and related products.
• Provide technical leadership on OSS stack integrations and customizations.
• Conduct workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution architecture for clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and drive best practices in OSS implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Support deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of OSS systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end OSS projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Communications OSS, with deep UIM expertise.
• Proven track record as a consulting SME in inventory management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Communications stack (UIM, OMP, BRM, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with OSS deployments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
