Responsibilities

• Lead functional testing for core banking applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business processes.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases for Oracle FLEXCUBE and similar platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define testing scope for banking modules.
• Mentor junior testers and oversee testing deliverables in agile and waterfall environments.
• Perform defect analysis, triage, and reporting using industry-standard tools.
• Drive test automation strategies integrated with functional testing workflows.
• Conduct UAT coordination and support for end-to-end banking solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and quality standards in all testing phases.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in core banking functional testing, preferably with Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Strong domain knowledge in retail, corporate, and trade finance banking modules.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies for waterfall and agile projects.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail.
• Excellent communication skills for offshore-onsite team coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
