Responsibilities

• Lead on-site client discussions and demonstrations for ALM solutions.
• Manage client expectations, requirements gathering, and project scoping.
• Configure and customize Oracle ALM tools to meet client-specific needs.
• Provide expert guidance on ALM best practices and implementation strategies.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support sales cycles with technical expertise.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ALM/PLM consulting, with Oracle expertise preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proven track record managing client relationships and on-site engagements.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle ALM/ALM Cloud functionalities and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex client scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
