Overview
An experienced consulting professional with a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, and technology designs within Oracle's GPP Payments product family. Responsible for leading complex implementations, advising clients on optimal payment solutions, and driving innovation in financial services technology. Based in India, this senior role demands deep expertise in payments processing and Oracle Cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle GPP Payments solutions for enterprise clients.
- Design and architect scalable payment processing systems aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct workshops and provide strategic consulting on payments optimization and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GPP with core banking and ERP systems.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Ensure solution quality through testing, performance tuning, and post-go-live support.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes in payments and recommend proactive adaptations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in payments domain with 5+ years in Oracle GPP or similar platforms.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and global payment schemes (SEPA, ACH, RTP).
- Strong consulting skills with experience in financial services industry best practices.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP, OCS in Cloud Payments or Financials) highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
