Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM solutions.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define best-practice implementations.
• Deliver end-to-end consulting projects, from assessment to go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership on engagements.
• Optimize client systems using Oracle Fusion Middleware and database technologies.
• Develop custom integrations with Oracle SOA Suite and API management tools.
• Perform health checks, performance tuning, and upgrade strategies for Oracle environments.
• Collaborate with sales teams to scope opportunities and create solution proposals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle consulting, with focus on Fusion Cloud or EBS.
• Expertise in multiple Oracle modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, HCM).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Oracle implementations in India.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database, middleware, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP, OCM, Cloud expert credentials).
