Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Java/PLSQL solutions for enterprise clients
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle database applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consulting teams
• Analyze business requirements and translate into technical specifications
• Optimize PL/SQL code performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution delivery
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Java and PL/SQL development experience
• Expertise in Oracle Database (19c/21c) administration and tuning
• Strong experience with Spring Framework and Java EE technologies
• Proven track record in consulting/project delivery for large enterprises
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
