The Advanced Customer Support / Managed Services team is seeking a Sr Principal Consultant with Manufacturing industry market expertise. As a key member of the NetSuite ACS team, you will provide advanced support and managed services to manufacturing clients, driving operational excellence and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for NetSuite implementations in the manufacturing sector, resolving complex technical issues.
• Lead advanced customer support engagements, including proactive monitoring and optimization of NetSuite environments.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management.
• Collaborate with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced solutions for production planning and demand forecasting.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop preventive strategies for recurring manufacturing challenges.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge base development for manufacturing best practices.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops on NetSuite capabilities tailored to manufacturing workflows.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating emerging Oracle AI technologies into customer solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with deep expertise in NetSuite for manufacturing.
• Proven track record in Advanced Customer Support or Managed Services delivery.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including MRP, MES, and shop floor integration.
• Expertise in NetSuite configuration, scripting, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow.
• Experience with Oracle AI solutions and their application in enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure customer situations.
