The Advanced Customer Support / Managed Services team is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant with Wholesale Distribution industry expertise for NetSuite ACS. Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite implementations in the Wholesale Distribution sector.
• Lead complex customer engagements, delivering managed services and proactive issue resolution.
• Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules including Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-enhanced business processes.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge base development.
• Deliver training sessions and best practices workshops for customers and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of NetSuite consulting experience, with deep expertise in Wholesale Distribution.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation and functional certifications (e.g., ERP Consultant).
• Proven track record in Advanced Customer Support or Managed Services.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale distribution processes (inventory, fulfillment, pricing).
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics for custom solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure customer situations.
