Position Overview

As a Senior Principal Consultant at Oracle in North Ryde, Australia, you will advise clients on optimizing workflows across multiple service lines, guiding them through complex interdependencies and the impacts of key design decisions. Collaborating closely with clients, you will develop strategic plans to maximize value realization across service lines while identifying opportunities for workflow and process improvements. You will make actionable recommendations to both client stakeholders and project leadership, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on workflow optimization across service lines, identifying interdependencies and assessing design decision impacts
  • Collaborate with clients to create strategic roadmaps for value achievement and business transformation
  • Analyze existing processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend targeted improvements
  • Present recommendations to client executives and project leadership, driving consensus and adoption
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and align on strategic objectives
  • Design and document end-to-end solutions integrating Oracle technologies across service lines
  • Guide implementation teams through complex integrations and change management processes
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators to validate value delivery and ROI
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the Oracle community
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and Oracle product advancements to enhance client solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, with proven success in enterprise workflow and process optimization
  • Demonstrated expertise in advising on cross-service line strategies and interdependencies
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, preferably Oracle Cloud applications
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans that deliver measurable business value
  • Ability to travel as needed for client engagements (up to 50%)
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Fusion Applications)
  • Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing
  • Background in digital transformation or cloud migration projects
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and process mining technologies
