Overview

Senior Principal Consultant - OFSAA EPM Functional role at Oracle in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Lead functional implementation and optimization of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for financial institutions. Drive complex EPM projects, ensuring alignment with client business needs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional design, configuration, and deployment of OFSAA EPM modules including Profitability Management, Regulatory Reporting, and Planning & Forecasting.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution blueprinting for client engagements.
• Configure and customize EPM applications to meet specific business processes and compliance standards.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for EPM data models, hierarchies, and calculation engines.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead cross-functional project teams in agile delivery methodologies.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production go-live support.
• Deliver functional training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate OFSSAA EPM with enterprise systems and data warehouses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle OFSAA EPM implementations, with 5+ years in functional lead roles.
• Deep expertise in OFSAA modules: PFT, GRM, FCCM, and Consolidation & Close.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations (Basel, IFRS, CCAR) and profitability analytics.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale EPM projects for banks and insurance clients.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing consulting engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
