Senior Principal Consultant role focuses on Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Suite, specializing in FSDF, DIH, GL Reconciliation, and related modules. Collaborate with global clients to deliver advanced implementations, ensuring digital finance transformation, compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of OFSAA FSDF, DIH, DIH-EDMCS, and GL Reconciliation modules.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution prototyping for financial services clients.
• Configure and customize OFSAA applications including AFCS, DIH-AHCS, and BCE for optimal performance.
• Perform system integration, data migration, and reconciliation processes across OFSAA suite.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for regulatory reporting and compliance using OFSAA tools.
• Deliver end-to-end project leadership, including testing, UAT, and go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with product engineering for solution enhancements.
• Support post-implementation optimization and ongoing client advisory services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in OFSAA functional consulting, with deep expertise in FSDF, DIH, and GL Reconciliation.
• Proven track record of successful OFSAA implementations in financial services domain.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financial Services suite (AFCS, DIH-EDMCS, DIH-AHCS, BCE).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with financial data management/reconciliation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
• Superior communication skills for global client engagement and team collaboration.
