Overview

We are seeking a Senior Principal Consultant for Omnichannel resources in Mexico, specializing in ORCE, ORPE, OMS, and XStore. In this role, you will lead complex implementations and optimizations for Oracle Retail solutions to drive omnichannel retail strategies. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Retail Omnichannel solutions including ORCE, ORPE, OMS, and XStore.
• Design and architect scalable omnichannel strategies for retail clients in Mexico.
• Conduct workshops and requirements gathering with stakeholders to define solution blueprints.
• Perform system configurations, customizations, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Optimize store operations and fulfillment processes using OMS and XStore functionalities.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership on projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Deliver presentations, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail implementations, with expertise in ORCE, ORPE, OMS, and XStore.
• Proven track record as a Principal Consultant leading large-scale omnichannel projects.
• Deep knowledge of retail domain, including POS, order management, and store systems.
• Strong skills in Oracle Retail configuration, customization, and integration tools.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English for client-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
