Overview

We are seeking an experienced FLEXCUBE Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team as a Senior Principal Consultant in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FLEXCUBE core banking software and significant experience with FLEXCUBE Studio for customization and extension. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovative banking solutions for leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation projects for core banking systems.
• Customize and extend FLEXCUBE platform using FLEXCUBE Studio tools.
• Configure modules including deposits, loans, payments, and trade finance.
• Conduct system analysis, design, and development for client requirements.
• Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of FLEXCUBE customizations.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support post-implementation maintenance and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FLEXCUBE core banking implementations.
• Expertise in FLEXCUBE Studio for customization and extensions.
• Strong knowledge of core banking domains (deposits, loans, payments).
• Proficiency in Oracle database, PL/SQL, and Java development.
• Experience leading implementation projects in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
