Overview

We are seeking a Senior Principal Data Center Construction Delivery Project Manager in Abilene, TX, to lead large-scale construction and network build projects for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. You will manage end-to-end delivery, including design coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and risk mitigation, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and on-time execution. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and proven success in complex data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center construction and network build projects.
• Coordinate design efforts across architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance and performance.
• Develop and control project budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization strategies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Drive schedule adherence, resource allocation, and milestone achievement.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Report progress, KPIs, and decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record leading $100M+ complex projects to successful completion.
• Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, MEP systems, and network builds.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and methodologies (PMP preferred).
