Overview

Seeking a hands-on Architect for the Generative AI Applications engineering team at Oracle's India Development Center. Proficient in designing distributed systems at scale, cloud environments, and highly available services. Mandatory experience delivering large-scale cloud infrastructure; knowledge in AI models, LLMs, ML engineering, Generative AI, or Agentic AI required.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable distributed systems for Generative AI applications.
• Build and maintain highly available cloud-native services and platforms.
• Lead delivery of large-scale cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• Integrate and deploy AI models, LLMs, and ML pipelines at production scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and roadmaps.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of AI services.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices in cloud and AI engineering.
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with hands-on architecture experience.
• Proven track record designing distributed systems at massive scale.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure services.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, LLMs, or Generative AI deployment.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with high-availability systems.
