Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Financial Analyst to join our Signal Finance team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will deliver deep financial insights on OCI hardware supply chain operations, focusing on demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management. You will partner with procurement, operations, and hardware planning teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain costs and drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for hardware demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Analyze supply chain costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Partner with procurement teams to evaluate supplier performance and negotiate cost-effective contracts.
• Provide financial insights to support hardware planning and production scheduling decisions.
• Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on supply chain financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory turnover, demand accuracy, and cost variance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management financial modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion).
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
