Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Principal GenAI Software Lead Architect with proven AI Agent platform experience to design and deliver Oracle Health's next-generation AI Agent Platform. You will define the technical roadmap, create architectural blueprints, and solve complex design challenges for scalable, secure solutions empowering developers to build intelligent agents. This US remote role shapes the foundation leveraging data, knowledge layers, and event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical roadmap for the AI Agent Platform.
• Design architectural blueprints and reference architectures.
• Solve complex scalability, security, and performance challenges.
• Lead hands-on prototyping and proof-of-concept development.
• Influence engineering direction across cross-functional teams.
• Integrate platform with data, knowledge layers, and event-driven systems.
• Ensure solutions enable developers to build, test, and deploy AI agents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software architecture with deep AI/ML expertise.
• Proven experience building AI Agent platforms or similar systems.
• Expertise in scalable cloud architectures (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS).
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Hands-on proficiency in GenAI frameworks, LLMs, and agentic systems.
• Excellent communication skills to influence without direct authority.
