Responsibilities

• Lead complex NetSuite implementations for Retail, AFA, HB, and FB clients.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules including SuiteCommerce, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Provide expert consulting on Retail+ enhancements and AI-driven ERP features.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Deliver high-quality ACS (Application Customization Services) projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues in production environments.
• Drive client success through proactive advisory services and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of NetSuite consulting experience, with 5+ years in Retail/AFA, HB, FB verticals.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, and Retail certifications required.
• Proven track record in end-to-end NetSuite ACS implementations.
• Deep expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCommerce customization.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and supply chain.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
