Overview
Lead a high-performing team as the central resource driving the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing of Oracle products from conception to distribution. Shape product strategy and execution across the full lifecycle to deliver innovative cloud and enterprise solutions. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and executive stakeholders to ensure market-leading outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for assigned Oracle product lines.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, manufacturing, and marketing to deliver products on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify competitive opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-market support.
- Establish quality standards, testing protocols, and manufacturing processes for scalability.
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and pricing models.
- Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering innovation and career growth.
- Report product performance metrics to executives and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in product management, with 8+ years in senior leadership roles in tech or enterprise software.
- Proven track record launching complex hardware/software products from conception to market.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing, SaaS, or enterprise database technologies like Oracle Cloud.
- Strong technical background in design, manufacturing, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
