Overview

Oracle Health seeks a forward-thinking, operationally strong Senior Principal Program Manager to serve as Chief of Staff to the CISO for Oracle Health and Global Industry Units (GIUs). This high-impact role operates in a complex, fast-moving environment at the intersection of technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and healthcare operations. The position is based in Nashville, TN, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted Chief of Staff to the CISO, managing executive communications and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead cross-functional programs in cybersecurity, compliance, and healthcare operations.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for Oracle Health and GIUs security initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to prioritize and deliver security projects.
• Track program metrics, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate executive briefings, governance meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Drive operational improvements and process optimizations in a dynamic environment.
• Mentor program managers and build a high-performing security operations team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in program/project management, with 5+ years in cybersecurity or healthcare.
• Proven experience as Chief of Staff or senior advisor to C-level executives.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST), and healthcare regulations.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
