Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable OCI services and microservices.
• Mentor and guide senior developers, fostering best practices and innovation.
• Develop and optimize high-performance cloud-native applications using Java, Go, or Rust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and deliverables.
• Drive code reviews, CI/CD pipeline improvements, and production deployments.
• Investigate and resolve complex performance and scalability issues in distributed systems.
• Contribute to open-source projects and represent Oracle in technical communities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or OCI).
• Expertise in system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or C++ with modern frameworks.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects.
• Deep knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud-native technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with agile methodologies.
