Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of the AI-powered centralized ticketing platform using advanced Oracle technologies.
- Develop high-performance, scalable microservices and cloud-native applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Integrate AI/ML models for intelligent ticket routing, prioritization, and automated resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and security for mission-critical enterprise environments.
- Prototype and iterate on new features using agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, cloud computing, and customer service platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle database technologies, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven experience building scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, OCI AI Services) and data pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with agile/DevOps practices (CI/CD, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field; excellent communication skills.
