Overview

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced software solutions for Oracle Health platforms, focusing on agentic AI capabilities.
• Lead the design and development of database systems, applications, and networking infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and healthcare experts to define technical requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Optimize software for scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
• Integrate AI/ML models into agentic systems for intelligent automation in clinical settings.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and innovation initiatives for Oracle Health products.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on cloud-native applications and databases.
• Expertise in Java, Python, or C++ with strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
• Proven experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks and agentic systems in healthcare contexts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with performance tuning and debugging.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
