Overview

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable Kubernetes-based services for high availability and performance.
• Lead development of OKE features, ensuring seamless integration with OCI ecosystem.
• Drive technical strategy for Kubernetes evolution, influencing product roadmap.
• Implement and optimize cloud-native infrastructure for mission-critical workloads.
• Mentor engineers, raising standards for code quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing solutions.
• Debug and resolve complex issues in large-scale distributed systems.
• Contribute to open-source Kubernetes projects and community standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience in cloud infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native technologies.
• Strong experience with OCI, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or C++ for systems-level programming.
• Proven track record leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
