Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technofunctional Consultant/Architect to join our Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate blends technical and functional expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud applications. You will lead design, configuration, and implementation of HCM solutions, aligning with business needs and optimizing HR processes through innovative technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop custom integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and PaaS tools.
• Configure HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and provide solution architecture guidance.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of HCM solutions for performance.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead project teams in HCM implementations.
• Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and recommend best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong technofunctional expertise in HCM Core HR, Payroll, and Talent modules.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM configuration, Fast Formulas, HDL, and OTBI reporting.
• Experience with integrations using OIC, VBCS, and Oracle middleware.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification (e.g., Implementation Specialist or Architect).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
