We seek a Senior Procurement Programme Manager with supply chain passion to drive rapid growth through scalable hardware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement programs for OCI hardware supply chain initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies for scalable, cost-effective hardware sourcing.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure program delivery.
• Negotiate contracts with global suppliers to optimize terms and mitigate risks.
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and finance to align procurement with business goals.
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks to support hyper-scale growth.
• Report program status and forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in tech/hardware.
• Proven experience leading large-scale procurement programs.
• Strong knowledge of global supply chain dynamics and vendor management.
• Excellent project management skills with tools like Jira or MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
