Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager/Strategy to join our NetSuite team in Casablanca, Morocco, working onsite five days a week in our modern office. In this pivotal role, you’ll guide cross-functional teams to deliver world-class, intelligent solutions that delight customers and accelerate Oracle’s AI strategy.

You’ll shape the product roadmap for AI-driven features, prioritize initiatives that enhance automation and user experience, and collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and leadership to bring innovative GenAI capabilities to market. This is an exciting opportunity to influence NetSuite’s growth in the EMEA region while working on transformative technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for NetSuite’s GenAI and AI-powered features, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for intelligent automation across NetSuite products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, and marketing—to prioritize features and deliver high-impact releases.
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and success metrics to guide development of AI-enhanced solutions.
• Drive product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and customer adoption plans for new intelligent capabilities.
• Analyze product performance using data analytics, customer feedback, and KPIs to iterate and optimize AI features continuously.
• Partner with senior leadership to secure resources, align on strategic initiatives, and evangelize the value of GenAI within NetSuite.
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation, agility, and customer-centricity within the team.
• Represent the product vision to external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry events in the EMEA region.
• Monitor emerging AI trends and technologies to ensure NetSuite remains a leader in intelligent enterprise solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud platforms, with at least 3 years in strategy roles.
• Proven track record of launching AI/ML or GenAI-powered products from ideation to market.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or financial software ecosystems, ideally with NetSuite or similar platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics) for metrics-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite work environment in Casablanca, Morocco.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, or other ERP solutions in the EMEA market.
• Technical background in AI/ML, GenAI technologies (e.g., LLMs, NLP), or prompt engineering.
• Fluency in French and/or Arabic, in addition to English, for regional customer engagement.
• Experience in strategic planning, P&L ownership, or go-to-market execution for enterprise products.
• Advanced degree or certifications in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Product School).
