Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager/Strategy to join our NetSuite team in Casablanca, Morocco, working onsite five days a week in our modern office. In this pivotal role, you’ll guide cross-functional teams to deliver world-class, AI-driven solutions that delight customers and drive business growth. You’ll play a key part in shaping product strategy, prioritizing GenAI and automation features across our product suite, and ensuring seamless integration of intelligent capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for AI-powered features, focusing on GenAI integrations within NetSuite's ERP ecosystem
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver high-impact product releases
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for intelligent automation and customer delight
• Prioritize product roadmaps, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic initiatives in AI and machine learning
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate product concepts through prototypes and MVPs
• Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans for new AI capabilities
• Measure product success using key metrics like adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact
• Champion innovation by exploring emerging GenAI technologies and integrating them into core NetSuite products
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making
• Present product updates and strategic insights to senior leadership and global teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud platforms
• Proven track record of launching AI/ML or automation features in B2B products
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, CRM, or financial applications
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data tools like SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in a relevant field
• Direct experience with Generative AI technologies or large language models
• Knowledge of NetSuite or similar cloud ERP platforms
• Fluency in French and Arabic alongside English
• Prior experience in strategy consulting or go-to-market roles at tech companies
