Overview

We have an opportunity for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Strategic AI Customers Engineering organization within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This critical role will work with cross-functional teams across OCI to drive strategic AI initiatives for key customers. You will ensure successful delivery of complex programs, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic AI programs for OCI's key customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and sales to align on goals.
• Define program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving blockers through proactive stakeholder management.
• Drive technical integration of AI solutions within OCI infrastructure.
• Track program metrics, reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Foster customer relationships, gathering feedback to refine AI offerings.
• Mentor junior program managers and promote best practices in program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in cloud or AI domains.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs at scale.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML technologies, and OCI services.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience influencing stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
