Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Colocation Data Center Delivery to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of construction program standards across our colocation portfolio. This role drives consistency, transparency, and predictability through accurate data, disciplined project controls, and scalable program frameworks. Focus is on efficient data center delivery in Montréal, QC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized construction program frameworks for colocation data centers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent project delivery across the portfolio.
• Establish robust project controls, reporting, and data analytics for transparency and predictability.
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and compliance with industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize construction processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery timelines with business objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships and colocation partner contracts for seamless execution.
• Track key performance metrics and deliver executive-level program status reports.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program/project management, with 5+ years in data center construction or colocation.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure delivery programs.
• Strong expertise in project controls, data analytics, and program management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred; fluency in English and French is a plus.
