Overview

Oracle is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Cybersecurity to oversee and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives within Oracle systems. This role focuses on scan tracking, work assignment, and remediation planning, ensuring timely vulnerability resolution. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, deep cybersecurity expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally on Plans of Actions and Milestones (POAMs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee scan tracking and vulnerability management processes within Oracle systems.
• Analyze scan data to prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and impact.
• Assign remediation tasks to cross-functional teams and track progress.
• Develop and maintain Plans of Actions and Milestones (POAMs) for complex issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, security, and compliance teams for timely remediation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cybersecurity projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity project/program management.
• Deep knowledge of vulnerability scanning, assessment, and remediation.
• Proven expertise in Oracle systems and cloud security practices.
• Strong analytical skills for scan data prioritization and risk assessment.
• Excellent project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience developing POAMs and working with cross-functional teams.
