The Senior Program Manager will establish and lead the Project Control function for data center projects in Nashville, TN or Austin, TX. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project control frameworks for data center schedules, costs, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to monitor project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project controls or program management, preferably in data centers.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP certification preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment and cost modeling.
• Proven track record leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
