Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of physical security systems for new builds and site expansions across OCI’s global footprint. This critical role ensures every OCI facility meets the highest standards of security by integrating security design seamlessly into all construction and commissioning processes. The position demands expertise in managing complex, multi-region programs with a focus on innovation, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for physical security systems in new OCI data center builds and expansions globally.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and construction teams to integrate security requirements into design and build phases.
• Develop and enforce security standards, policies, and best practices across all OCI facilities.
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and performance for security system integrators and suppliers.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover of security systems to operations teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate physical security threats for global sites.
• Drive continuous improvement in security program delivery through metrics, reporting, and lessons learned.
• Liaise with regional stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and OCI security protocols.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management within physical security, construction, or data center environments.
• Proven track record leading global, multi-million-dollar security infrastructure programs.
• Deep knowledge of physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, perimeter protection).
• Strong understanding of data center construction processes and commissioning standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Security Management, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
