The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Jira and Excel, along with familiarity in rack ingestion or cloud provisioning, to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs on time and within budget.
• Manage program lifecycle using Jira for tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in Excel.
• Coordinate rack ingestion processes and cloud provisioning activities with infrastructure teams.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular status updates and dashboards.
• Drive agile methodologies and best practices across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7+ years of program/project management experience in tech or cloud environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Excel, and related project management tools.
• Familiarity with rack ingestion, cloud provisioning, or data center operations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced settings.
