Overview

Lead complex, cross-team programs connecting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with major clouds like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and partner teams to deliver scalable multicloud solutions. Drive strategic initiatives that enhance interoperability and customer value in hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision, scope, and success metrics for OCI multicloud integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, sales, and partners.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies using agile methodologies.
• Facilitate technical workshops and alignment sessions with cloud providers.
• Drive delivery of multicloud features, APIs, and interoperability tools.
• Track program health, report progress to executives, and resolve escalations.
• Champion best practices in multicloud architecture and security.
• Build relationships with strategic partners to expand OCI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program/project management, ideally in cloud computing.
• Proven experience leading multicloud or hybrid cloud initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP services and architectures.
• Strong technical background with ability to engage engineering teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and program management frameworks.
