Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data center construction projects, from planning through commissioning and handover.
• Manage executive-level stakeholders, providing regular updates and aligning on project milestones and risks.
• Lead vendor and contractor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring performance against SLAs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using industry-standard tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Drive cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in data center construction or large-scale infrastructure delivery.

• Proven track record managing $50M+ projects with complex vendor ecosystems and tight timelines.
• Deep knowledge of data center design, MEP systems, construction best practices, and regulatory standards.
