We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist in Singapore to drive Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's expansion into government sectors. Responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable audit programs for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in government sectors.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Singapore's regulatory requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into cloud service deployments.
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses for cloud services targeting public sector clients.
• Prepare and manage documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory submissions.
• Support customer compliance inquiries and provide evidence of regulatory adherence.
• Stay updated on evolving cloud regulations in Singapore and advise on strategic compliance.
• Develop training programs and awareness initiatives for internal compliance best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, IT, Business, or related field; advanced certifications preferred (e.g., CISA, CRISC).
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in cloud or IT sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's data protection, cybersecurity, and government regulations.
• Experience with audit frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, or FedRAMP.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage complex compliance projects.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
