Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis using advanced data tools.
• Develop and present research reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and go-to-market initiatives.
• Design and execute surveys, focus groups, and quantitative/qualitative research studies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
• Leverage Oracle analytics platforms and AI tools to enhance research methodologies.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to research process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in market research, analytics, or consulting roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics.
• Strong understanding of technology markets and SaaS/cloud industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
