Overview
As a Senior Sales Account Manager on the evening shift (15:00-24:00) in Bucharest, Romania, you will build cross-functional relationships within Oracle and with current/potential Customer Success Services (CSS) customers. Spearhead client acquisition in the education sector alongside product sales, delivering comprehensive solutions to Oracle customers new to CSS. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with Oracle teams and CSS customers
- Drive client acquisition in partnership with product sales teams
- Present full solutions combining products and Customer Success Services
- Engage with Oracle customers transitioning to CSS offerings
- Contribute to the Go-To-Market strategy execution
- Manage account pipeline and sales opportunities during evening shifts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer needs
- Support team goals while building foundational sales expertise
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
- Strong understanding of education sector or enterprise software sales
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in evening shift (15:00-24:00) schedule
- Track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue
- Fluency in English; Romanian language skills preferred
