Job Description

Overview

Senior Sales Manager role focused on managing BFSI customers in Western India for Oracle's Technology Cloud solutions. Sell a subset of products or services directly or via partners to named accounts, non-named accounts, and geographical territories. Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in the tech cloud domain.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and manage sales pipeline for BFSI accounts in the west region.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in BFSI sector.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-sell Oracle Technology Cloud solutions effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close complex deals successfully.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored cloud technology solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular pipeline reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably in cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record selling to BFSI customers in India market.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud or comparable technology portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing named accounts and geographic territories.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
