Overview

Oracle is seeking a Senior Security Analyst for our Security Operations Center (SOC) in Bengaluru to protect critical cloud infrastructure. The role involves threat hunting, analyzing indicators of compromise (IOCs), investigating security events, incident management, and digital forensics across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments. Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools to detect threats in real-time.
• Perform threat hunting across Oracle's IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
• Investigate indicators of compromise (IOCs) and adverse security incidents.
• Conduct digital forensics and root cause analysis on security breaches.
• Manage security incidents from detection through resolution and reporting.
• Develop and maintain detection rules for emerging threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident response and mitigation.
• Contribute to post-incident reviews and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SOC operations or security analysis.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK) and EDR platforms.
• Experience in threat hunting, IOC analysis, and digital forensics.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCIH, GCFA) preferred.
