Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable cloud runtime components from scratch.
• Architect distributed systems for Autonomous OCI infrastructure.
• Implement and optimize container orchestration and management services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and APIs.
• Drive code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines for greenfield development.
• Integrate security, observability, and monitoring into core infrastructure services.
• Prototype and iterate on cutting-edge cloud technologies and paradigms.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in cloud infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Expertise in Go, Rust, or C++ for systems-level programming.
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and virtualization.
• Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant services in cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of networking, storage, and OS fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
