Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable CI/CD pipelines for Oracle's cloud infrastructure.
• Develop automation tools to streamline software delivery processes.
• Optimize build systems for performance and reliability at massive scale.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate CI/CD into development workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production deployment pipelines.
• Implement monitoring and observability for CI/CD systems.
• Drive innovation in continuous delivery practices and tooling.
• Mentor junior developers on best practices for cloud-native development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python for backend systems.
• Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (OCI, AWS).
• Deep knowledge of build systems, artifact management, and deployment strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering reliable systems at scale.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.
