Overview

We are seeking accomplished, self-driven Senior Software Developers specializing in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for our Mexico team. Ideal candidates combine strong development skills with operations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting expertise. You will drive innovative integration solutions with excellent interpersonal skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy OIC integrations for cloud and on-premise applications.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of OIC processes and adapters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and architectures.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging for OIC solutions.
• Develop custom adapters, REST/SOAP services, and data transformations using OIC.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in integration development.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to OIC knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in Oracle OIC.
• Expertise in OIC integrations, mappings, fault handling, and scheduling.
• Strong skills in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Java, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, and database technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
