Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications for Oracle Health platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and deliver innovative healthcare solutions.
• Implement modern software architectures using microservices, APIs, and containerization technologies.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability in production environments.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and Oracle standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Integrate healthcare data systems and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of software development experience with enterprise applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with modern frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR) and data security/compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in agile environments.
