Seeking a self-driven Senior Software Development Engineer to join our startup team in Nashville, TN, innovating next-generation products that simplify Oracle Cloud customer support globally. You will define, design, and deliver platforms using cutting-edge OCI technologies. Partner with product teams to address challenges and shape the vision.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable cloud platforms on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Collaborate with product teams to identify customer support challenges.
- Influence product vision and roadmap for next-gen support solutions.
- Implement and optimize services using latest technologies and best practices.
- Lead code reviews, mentoring junior engineers on the team.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities to enhance support automation.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of deployed systems.
- Contribute to agile processes, from sprint planning to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience in cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go with microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with OCI, AWS, or Azure cloud platforms.
- Proven track record in full-stack development and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and startup mindset.
